Verdict
The ArcMate E-Z Reacher Pro Plus functions well for picking up light items and is useful for mobility-impaired individuals. However, it has significant durability issues due to fragile plastic components and an unrepairable design. If you're planning to use it for heavier tasks or outdoors, make use of the free outdoor replacement cups and consider a more robust model to avoid frequent replacements.
